Credentials and Teachers

Lisa K. has degrees in Psychobiology from the State University of New York, Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and a Masters in Project Management from George Washington University. She has studied several forms of Energy Healing, Psychic Development and Mediumship with notable teachers and is certified as a Reiki Master, Integrated Energy Therapy practitioner and an Angel Therapist™. Lisa K. is an ordained minister by the Sanctuary of the Beloved, Inc. church after the Order of Melchizedek. She is currently working on her certification in Crystal Resonance Therapy™ and is a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals and the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. 

My Chinese name

My name in Chinese was given to me by my grandfather. He explained that the Chinese had a superstition that if you wrote just your name alone it would be like ‘honoring the dead’. Therefore, they would write a couplet or poem along with the characters for your name. Mine is shown to the left. Here is the translation: 

“Bic Won” - literally “Solitary Cloud”
Couplet translation:
“A clear blue sky as if it had just been washed.
When the cloud passes you can see the moon.
Composed by maternal Grandfather.”
