Lisa K. teaches a few methods of meditation including methods for; deep relaxation, energetic enhancement and cleansing, spiritual guidance, chakra clearing, developing your clairs, centering and connecting with the oneness within, raising your energy vibration.
Lisa conducts one on one meditation instruction sessions for those who want to learn how to meditate or need to improve their meditation practice. Sessions can be done over the phone, provided you have a hands free headset. In person sessions are available for those clients who Lisa K. has met in person before.

My angel readings use a variety of methods to connect with the angelic realm. Messages are received through clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, claircognizance and mediumship. At other times I use a variety of beautiful oracle cards to do an angel card reading. These cards assist in delivering uplifting messages that are guided through divine spirit and the angels.
